I am running 2.1.1 and have the following error when I click on the "options" icon at the top of the page:

What is this?

Did you try to upgrade at one point? Payment options were just introduced in 2.2 and you say you are running version 2.1.1?

It looks like your upgrade went wrong and not all files were extracted. Try rerunning the upgrade, and double check that all the files are extracted properly.

Arghh, the SpamAssassin plugin options.htm template strikes again. I've got to go right now, but when I get back, I'll make a 2.1.1 template for the SpamAssassin plugin and post it here.
