Error UPGRADING to 2.2.3
Here is what i get when a user tries to sign in:

A fatal error has occured:
Column folders_father cannot be left blank. Column folders_root cannot be left blank. Column folders_depth cannot be left blank. at GMail::User::insert_folders line 247.

Please enable debugging in setup for more details.

Problem solved, one of the database DEF files was corrupt.
