no double opt in toggle to modify list in my version 1.1.0

according to the manual there should be a "Require Double Opt In" toggle option when creating or modifying a list, yet this option doesn't come up in my version. My hosting provider requires double opt-in mailing lists. ??? Thanks for the help

This option is disabled by default. In order to enable it, you need to load email templates which is under Account - Email Templates menu.
