I would want to know if a version of links sql will be available in php without the dbi/dbd library, in fact not all hosting plans have available that library with linux.

As of right now, there are no immediate nor near future plans for us to release an entirely PHP version of Links SQL. But your best bet is to subscribe to receive new postings from the Announcements forum in order to keep informed.
