I´m used to use open source software up to now. The forums are different. I think there are more people, that`s why you get answers in short time there. Maybe it was the kind of question and the long text. But what will i do if i have the script and i will have a question ? Do you think i will get support in the forums or have i to pay for every problem ?
The only time I/others have left a question unanswered, is when we don't know the answer ... or just generally don't have time. I've never seen a post take longer than 2 days to get a valid answer (even if its just pointing you in the right direction). From previous experience in other forums, I would have to say this is the most helpful I've seen so far (tek-tips.com comes close, but they are a general forum, unlike GT's one, which is a business one).
