edit error message for "add link"

edit error message for "add link"
I've looked through the files but I can't find the file that I need to edit to do the following......I would like to edit the text that is displayed when the following is displayed from the "error" page when somebody tries to add a link when they are not in a category:

"Please first visit the category you wish to add your link to, then click on Add."
