Ultradev linking to Links SQL: How do I?



I have no clue on how to do this,

I looked at the Ultra Dev book, but its 600 pages and Im new to data bases and linking to all that.



Please tell me where to start.

I don't know about Ultradev 5.0, but the version I am using does not support integration with Perl or PHP scripts. The only app server/server behaviour that you can connect with are JSP/ASP/Cold Fusion.

Theres a PHP plugin for ultradev

You could use that and mysql.

Good to know...and what version does this "plugin" work with, BTW? Tried searching for PHP related threads, and found a bunch of "bug report" type of threads, but none that mentioned a plugin for Ultradev or version specifications.

But Ultradev still doesn't support Perl scripts, correct?

PHAkt is an open-source PHP extension for Macromedia Ultradev 4.0, allowing PHP generation using the same techniques as when developing ASP/JSP/CF.
