I have set Search Weight on a few fields, and I go to test the search tool, and I get no results, where I know I have links with those key words in them. Is there something else I need to do? I ahve resunk my database & rebuilt search. Still very few results that match terms I know are being used in the database. LSQL 2.10 MYSQL

If you change the search weights, what fields are indexed, etc, you must "re-index" the search database to see the changes.

Hi,

After changing the search weights, you must do a 'Rebuild Search' command. Also, you should look at your default search options in Setup->Search Options. You may want to turn substring matching on by default if you find you aren't getting as many results.
