One thing I have newer understod about Links SQL.



When you delete a cetagory from the databases, the directory in your /pages/category/ is never deleted....It's always there....

Why doesn't links sql delete it from the pages directory? Leaving the structure smaller and easier to lookthru when you have many directories?

Well one reason would be that if you deleted several categories then your site would be full of dead links until you rebuilt.

I think it's a good thing that Links SQL does not delete the pages. After your site has been up a while, these pages will all be indexed by search engines, and bookmarked by people. People don't like starting on your site on a dead page...
