I was wondering if anyone knew how to setup a site/link/listing of the month feature. Every month it would show the previous month's most popular site/s (upto 5 sites would be great.), and every month the counter for this stats will be restart, to give all listings equal opportunity.

You can do this with my ExtraStats plugin. It will show the most popular sites for any month or day - you can make the list as long as you want.
