Question about newest release
I'm still using version 2 of links SQL. I downloaded the manual for the latest release and I saw this

Bookmarks: Users can now bookmark links from the directory and share bookmark collections publicly, or store them in private folders.

What I'm looking for is a way for surfers to create pages of their favorite links that are accessable to the public. Will the new version do that?

Yes, bookmark folders can be made public.
