I have just installed on windows server. Everything works fine except for the add.cgi page. I get an error below:

I have not made any modfications, does anyone know why this is happening? Do i need to set permissions? The other .cgi files work fine

WHen i disable the "user must login before adding links" it works?! However when i enable it, it doesnt' work

Someone Please help,
Jason Bishop
