Ive only just noticed this and is present on my 2 sites using the latest build.

Using 'paging_options' style 3 for text output <%Links::Utils::paging()%>

The code outputs 2 redundant URLs, so I see this in the category template:

Page: <span>1</span> <a href="http://www.site.com/cat1/page2.html">2</a> <a href="http://www.site.com/cat1/page2.html"></a> <a href="http://www.site.com/cat1/page2.html"></a>

I'm sure this is a bug!
