Modify records- again

Modify records- again
I've read the posts about using modify_select.html as the template to show a list of links owned. This is not showing on my site, do I need to alter something to make sure this template is called?

Is this template in your main template folder?

During the "upgrade" you need to install Links in it's default configuration, make a duplicate of your "default" templates directory (just so you have an unmodified copy around), then copy your _current_ links 1.1x templates ON TOP of the new templates. This will customize the old templates, and still make sure you have all the new files such as languages, globals, etc.

If you are upgrading from a Beta, you need to take more care, since you want to preserve your globals, but overwrite your languages file, and add in missing templates.

Yes, the template is in the main default template folder.

This is a completely new installation of the newest release. Sorted it, replaced part of modify.cgi with the older version as available at http://gossamer-threads.com/scripts/source/lsqldiff.txt not quite sure which coding was responsible though.

Did you get this problem sorted out? I can not seem to get the 'list of links' for a logged in user to show up either. My template is in the directory, and it's a complete fresh install with the standard templates the same as it sounds like you have.

It looks like it's broken in 2.0.2 for some reason, and I haven't had the time to look at why. Alex will have to address it.
