I am not sure how to word this. I am trying to figure out how to make the directory where the subcatagories show on the main page instead of the Catagory description.

Follow me? I have been searching the forums here for a long time and I cannot nail it down...

Not quite sure what you mean. If you are talking about the way that they have ordered their categories... then thats simple. They are probably using the YahooSubCats plugin (available via Plugins > Download > List All).
