Is there a way to use the insert or update command in sql monitor to insert a duplicate subcategory in each of the root categories??

What I'm trying to do is add a subcategory to each of my main categories. Each of the subcategories will be named the same, except different links, i.e.

Regional/Texas
Regional/Oklahoma

subcategories:

Regional/Texas/Cities
Regional/Oklahoma/Cities

trying to add the subcategories without manually added each one. Is there a way to insert them using the INSERT command of mysql with the Sql Monitor??
