Although there are threads about filtering random links I didn't find one about this specific question. Sorry if I missed it.

Is it possible to adjust the following link...
http://www.englishclub.com/cgi-bin/ref/jump.cgi?ID=random;Detailed=1

so that...

a) results exclude specified categories (eg Slang which is catid 124 as below)
http://www.englishclub.com/ref/Slang/index.htm

b) results exclude specified fields (eg Taboo in the following search)
http://www.englishclub.com/cgi-bin/ref/search.cgi?SlangRegister=Taboo&catid=124

c) results include only three specified categories
