Ok,
I have the logo mod installed on the FAQ site. You can add a link (hopefully one that is a reference to something Links related) and I suggest you use your forum image here, or a 120x60 sized banner. I have the defaults on size set pretty small.
I don't have all the templates updated on the site, but would access the attachment editor via the "attach.cgi" in the user directory (just edit the URL line to point to attach.cgi, the site is dynamic, so the path points to page.cgi?... already).
I don't have "modify" enabled on the site yet, I have to fix up those templates (and no one ever modified anything there anyway!), so I'll adapt those templates, and once working the Image edit link will be on that page.
THere will be bugs, I'm sure, but I think I got most of them, so the ones left are mostly going to be display and template ones.
