I have read on these forum that is it possible to import part or all of the ODP.

Is it authorized?

If I do that do I have to indicte that some data have collected from the ODP?

Yeah, you can do it with nph-import.cgi. Most people don't link back to the ODP, but as far as I know, you are supposed to. You are allowed to use their data, otherwise the wouldn't provide you with importing instructions, and the content.rdf.u8.gz file
