Can this Forum support Active Perlex?

Can this Forum support Active Perlex?
I use Win2000,and Active Perl. So cannot use Mod_perl ,does this forum support Active Perlex to speed up?

Yes, I use it and it works-- make sure to use 1.1.2 or 1.1.4, as 1.1.3 didn't work for me for some reason.

Does it Need to chage some code to use "persistant database connections" ,"precompiling your scripts",etc?

Do you feel it really increase the forum's performance if no code change ?

I didn't make any changes, and it definitely improved performance-- my server was crashing every five minutes without it and it runs fine with.

Just Mapping .cgi to PerlISEX.dll is ok?

That's all I did, I don't know enough to say whether it would work for every server though.
