I am wanting to create an email form in dbman sql . I have created the page and i would like people to be able to add attachments.
RE: Job Vacancy -> Apply online form -> will email results from form to designated address pulled from the database and include the job title and ref in the header. I would also like people to be able to attach cvs.

Has anybody done anything similar
