I am experiencing a problem with getting dbman to work. I have loaded all the files into the cgi-bin and have set the permissions accordingly. When I attempt to run the demo program, I get an internal server error. The netscape fasttrack 2.0 server error log has the following error message. failure of host trying to GET db.cgi. The CGI program db.cgi did not produce a valid header (name without value: got line " begin failed -- compilation aborted at line 1071. Could someone explain this to me. Any help would be much appreciated.

1) Make sure that you have uploaded all your files in ASCII mode.

2) Make sure that all the permissions of the files are correct.

3) Make sure that the $db_script_path variable in the db.cgi file is set to the absolute path where your DBMAN files are located.

If none of the above suggestions works, please save the following files as text files:

default.cfg
db.cgi
html.pl

then upload the files to a publicly accessible directory on your server, and then post the URL where we can find these text files.
