I discovered my new ISP, while good in every other way, does not support Perl. The answer I received from the ISP when I asked if they supported Perl was as follows:

No, but you can convert your Perl Scipts to .EXE files which you can use in your Cgi-Bin directory.

Does this mean anything to anyone? Can I still use DBMan on this server?
