After Creating a new account (db.cgi?signup_form=1)
i get this error:

CGI ERROR

Error Message : Error loading required libraries.
Check that they exist, permissions are set correctly and that they compile.
Reason: Invalid config file name: db_setup" at db.cgi line 50.

I think you always have to define the db and cfg in the URL.
So this might work better:"http://your.server.com/cgi-bin-dir/dbman-dir/db.cgi?db=default&uid=default&signup_form=1".

I tried adding that to both the Create New account link and the form action on the create new account page and it still came up with the error after i filled out the userid and password.
