keep track of DB changes and additons ?
I have setup dbman on my site in different ways (when anyone will have a look, the URL is www.kirchenkreis-merseburg.de)and with many users.

My Problem is now: How can i see what for user has changed or added what for entry ?

Sure, i have the LogFile and i can see what for users have logged in, but i dont see what they have changed. But i must see what for records are changed to manage the failures they made ...

I hope anyone can help me ....

You can setup an email to be sent to you whenever a record is modified, but you wouldn't know exactly what change was made.

You could also use the validation mod. This would notify you when a record is added or changed and prevent it from being displayed to the public until you have reviewed the record to re-validate it.

Hope these suggestions will help you find a solution. For ideas and samples of emails check the FAQ noted below under the section "Email".
