I am having a problem viewing records when using the short/long mod - whenever I click on the "view" link after typing in what I am searching for an error message is returned not through DBMan but through Microsoft IE.

The page will not load completely, and the error is a very long error and ends with: "invalid argument"

The screen that should be returned would contain about 35-40 records.

Any ideas why I am getting this error?

I'd have to see it to be able to give you any ideas about what's causing it.

I think it got lost in the shuffle, Don. You really have a better chance of me seeing things on the forum than in email. I get overpowered a lot.

Thanks JPD - after sending you the last email I think I found the problem. I changed the "$db_max_hits = 50;" in the default.cfg to "$db_max_hits = 25;" and now everything works fine.
