Lois,
You had given me a new condensed text file for my html_record subroutine the other day where I was trying to have 2 rows of checkboxes, but when I replaced the subroutine that I had with the new one that you coded, none of my checkboxes are showing up at all now.
Here is the list all page where you can see:

The bottom 2 records are the ones that were added after I replaced the code. Its just showing as a blank table and the way that you had it coded, I cannot figure out the problem. LOL I checked for all of the right table tags and they are all there so I'm assuming its in the area of checking to see if the checkboxes were ticked and telling it to print them. Can you take another look at the code that you sent me and see if there is something missing? I've attached the file again so you dont have to go looking for it. Thanks a million!
