How do you remove the type catergory box in the database so
that when you are entering a record you just have catergory to choose from and not both type and catergory...Please help me out

Can you be a bit more specific please? I'm not really clear on what you mean. I learnt that it pays to give us much info as poss at the beginning (I know you don't want to waste peoples time) as it really helps to sort problems.

I want to be able to have two catergorys and take away the type box, so that when you enter your record you can pick a name relating to your company from either one of two catergories. also I want it so that if you only select from one catergory and leave the other blank, the database wont return you a must fill in this catergory field statement.
