I cannot figure it out. The file_upload.cgi from Jeff Carnahan works well, the DBMan not.
Itīs the same code. I think Iīm going to disable the upload-function Frown

I don't understand it either. It worked for you on another server, too, so I just can't figure it out.

Sorry.

No problem
I just want to thank you for the time you spent with my problem.
Perhaps you know a person, who is well in Perl and can help me out of that mess?

OK, the whople Weekend I tried to figure out that mess.
No chance.
I think, I have to disable the upload-function.
Not a fine thing, because DBMan is used for an USED-CAR Database...:-(((

At this point, the only thing I can suggest is that you delete all of the upload stuff and reinstall it. There could be some small thing that you missed changing from your other server that neither one of us can think of.

ok, I will check the db.cgi against the original mod again.
I hate it to have an error, where there is no way to figure it out :-)))

I don't think you should "check" it. You really should delete all of the upload stuff and reinstall it. At this point, if there is an error you have looked at it so many times, you are unlikely to find the problem.
