First, pardon for my poor english.
In my database, three fields are url. But for now, pleople must copy & paste the url in their browser. Is posible to display the url's in hyperlink form?

It sure is possible. Have a look at

That should give you an idea how this works, whereas you can always replace the mailto: with http:// .
