I've had this happen several times now. When a new user signs up, all the other users are deleted!

Any ideas please?

I would really recommend that you contact JPDeni, the author of the mod directly. We have done all we can in terms of trying to debug the problems you are experiencing. I think that Carol (JPDeni) will need to assist you since she wrote the mod and has a better idea about how to debug it.

You can try to email her or patiently wait until she returns to the Forum.
