Yo,

I just installed the Password Lookup Mod so if a user lost their password, a new one would be posted to them.

Problem: after requesting a new password, the user doesn't receive their e-mail message containing the password. Everything seems to go fine, since there is a confirmation page shown in the browser.

I think I remember someone saying that it's impossible to verify that an e-mail has been sent. I'm using the sendmail path which my server gives. So does anyone have any ideas on this problem?

I had this problem once, but it was with some other mod. Anyway, the problem I had was in defining the path the the sendmail program.

When you define the path, I have been told that you need to have a | before the path to the send mail (i.e. $db_path_to_sendmail = "|/path/to/sendmail";)

If this isn't the problem, I suggest you post the code so the more knowledgable guys (and gals) can help.
