Need mod to email admin when submit record to dbman.
Hi all and a happy 2000.
I need to make a mod for dbman that will send emails when someone adds a record to the dbman database. I need dbman to send an
email to both submitter of record and the admin. I searched but couldnot find any mods.

Eliot, this may be for you? I know we discussed something about this. Could you (or anyone else)help this old brain of mine for the location of such a mod. Smile

PS. Finally have a couple days off to get back to my dbman classified ad project. Would like to here of any sites that now use dbman as classified ad database for their site.

This has been discussed before. Search for Sendmail in this forum. There are codes in Threads that have been provided that addresses your question.
