Can Dbman run in NT server with Active perl 5.0??

I am running DBman on a windows nt server and it works fine. However, I have to say that there a number of small things that are harder on nt than on Unix.

A couple of things that I have run across that had to be worked through are that the: File Upload mod does not always work on NT, Sendmail is usually only on unix machines, and permissions are more of a pain to set on an NT machine.

I would switch to unix in a second if i could.
