You've asked this same question in the past and apparently haven't found a working solution.

I'm not sure what you are referring to as "Big5" ?

erhh here is what I done, and it works great.. ahvent had any trouble yet........

on each of ur html, just after </title>, state the following....

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=big5">


and it work ok for me :)
let me know if there is a superior way to do it

P.s Big5 is a type of encoding for traditional chinese
which mainly used in Taiwan and HK, but not greater China
