Can anyone please explain what the output means if you turn on the bench marking variable?

For example, I get:
Processing Time: 1 secs ( 0.07 usr 0.00 sys = 0.07 cpu)

I realise the timers are set around the main subroutine call, but what is the difference between usr and sys?
