Could a plugins forum for GForum be set up?

I know there's a customization forum but that isn't really plugin specific and I figure as there's a Links SQL plugins forum, a GForum one would be cool too :)

I renamed the customization one to include plugins and globals. If traffic warrants I'll split them up later.
