Hi, I'm a new perl user and trying to figure out a module called remoteblast.pm

I get an error:

500 Can't connect to www.site.com:80 (connect: Unknown error)

then I tried changing SYSTEMROOT environment variable to c:\\WINNT after reading someone elses post

then I get error:

500 Can't connect to www.site.com:80 (Bad protocol 'tcp')

Can anyone steer me in the right direction???
