hi i got a problem

this line creats the following error: $poe_kernel->run();

Your vendor has not defined POSIX macro F_GETFL, used at d:/Perl/site/lib/POE/Wheel/SocketFactory.pm line 377

what does that mean?
and what can i do to get my script working
