I am trying to amulate postBack for a .net server

Is it possible to repost a responst that I just got from the server with a change to one of the fields in the form.

for example I ave a form with a field pageNum=1 after the first submission with a user agent with a post action I want to get the result and repost it only before I need to change the pageNum to 2

any ideas???
