I've been using a really good webstats program called logitpro. It's free and just as good as webtrends in my opinion. You can find it at http://www.logitpro.com

Very rudimentary if you ask me...It seems to lack the following:
1) Filters...it seems that you cannot filter out directories from reports.
2) Export...it does not allow you to export reports into Excel or MS Word, which is helpful in submitting reports to the organization you work for.
3) Specific Breakdowns...like showing traffic for scripts and specific directories.
BTW: It is NOT a free program.
But, if all you want is to see "general" web trends, then this program would satisfy that desire.
