Hello Gordon!
I can't go to illegal.port-scans.com, the homepage is not available.. Is there any other site that have the information on the wild-card sub-domain? Thanks!

You have it already! In your zone file:
*.domain.com. IN A 127.0.0.1
Hardly a CGI question though is it?
