I never saw anything like that, but it seems to be telling you what's wrong, your server seems to be overloaded. Are you running SSI across the board, or is this your first time trying it?

I tried to run 34 SSIs at the same time. :>

Well, there's your answer. Most webservers won't let you run many Includes on the one page. Mine stops me after only a few...
