Can someone please tell me how to install perl onto microsoft's personal webserver?

I don't think that you can install perl onto other peoplel's web servers, you need to have them install it for you.

um, he means microsoft's program called personal webserver, its on his own computer.......

Well I used Omni http server for server software and install ActiveState Perl for perl support.
