Can anybody recomend some good online ad companies to work with? I'm a non-adult site. I'm just starting out, so probably not much traffic right off the bat.

If your talking about a banner exchange network, I would suggest that you go to link exchange.

If you're looking for people to do advertising for you...I would recommend searching portals and web sites.
