GUI in Perl?

GUI in Perl?
Does Perl support GUI?
In Java language you one can write a script and execute it in the browser, and one can write an applet with GUI in the same Java.
But is it possible to write a GUI in Perl, and use it as a CGI script?

Is it possible?

If you have the Perl/Tk modules for perl you can work with GUI.

This doesn't lend itself to CGI apps though, as you interface through a browser, not a GUI.
