Hi All

I just downloaded Homesite 5, and I noticed that the Design tab is not there. It was in 4.5.

I checked in the help files, etc., but I couldn't even find any mention of the Design tab.

Does anyone know whether it's hiding in there or whether it's been removed for version 5?

I have Homesite 5 and have never owned an earlier version- it does not have a WYSIWYG function. When I bought it, it was my understanding it was a "code only" editor, which was what I wanted. I think if you want WYSIWYG, then Macromedia is going to push you to Dreamweaver.

Yeah, version 4.5 has a Design View, which is a wysiwyg editor.

I think what I'll do is fool around with 5 for a while to see if 4.5 is missing many features or has other issues, but if it looks good, heck, I'll use the old version.

Thing is, my FrontPage is having a problem. Seems that the Open Doc window is extremely slow and doesn't even respond a lot of times. An error report was sent in, but there is no solution for this issue.....bugger!
