HELP PLEASE ... WINDOWS 2000 COPY IS NOT BOOTABLE .. PLEASE HELP ...!!!!!!!

Hi ..

I have borowed 2 windows 2000 advanced server cds, unfortunately one of them cannot read many files starting with the letter N in the i386 folder and the other is not a boot cd and have 2 sys files curropted . I have replaced the "N" files from the first by others in the second and burned that on a new cdrw cd. The problem is that the new cd IS NOT A BOOTABLE CD !!!!!!!
by the way the files of the 2 source cds have different creation dates ..and i have copied from my HD to cd using nero express.

Please if any one can help me ...

CD-RWs are not usually bootable...
