Yep, but you don't even need special software to do it.....try sending this from your command prompt:

net send 213.106.15.160 <any message>

I can tell you how to block those popup spam messages if you are interested ;)

XP home on this machine.

Fortunately, I've never seen one of those pop up. Hoping the firewall on my router blocks that stuff.

Start > Run > services.msc > Scroll down to "Messenger" > Click "Stop" and select "Disabled"
