The problem is solved:

1. I removed .htaccess and .htpasswd files in admin directory

2. First line in CGI files:

Instead of :

Code:
#!C:/xampp/perl

use:

Code:
#!c:/xampp/perl/bin/perl.exe

Now it works fine! Smile
